Role definition
Exelor operates as a technology implementor. We design and deploy AI solutions on client infrastructure. We do not operate, process, or control client data. No production or real data is used at any stage of implementation — all implementation data is provided by the client. Upon handover, full operational and data responsibility transfers to the client.
AI Risk Committee
All AI risk decisions are governed by Exelor’s AI Risk Committee, consisting of the CEO and CTO. The committee is available at all times with a minimum quorum of one. It is notified within one hour of any incident regardless of severity, and formalizes a Risk Matrix with each client at the start of every
Standards baseline
Exelor’s AI delivery methodology is aligned with ISO/IEC 42001 (AI Management Systems) and NIST AI Risk Management Framework (AI RMF 1.0). Jurisdiction-specific supplements are applied where required.
